Elaboration of „The Crossborder strategy related to increasing the integration degree on the work market, for the elderly population”;
Developing a Vocational training program for 5 occupations (security agent; baby-sitter; guest house administrator; baker/pastry chef; plumber);
Developing a Refresher program in Foreign languages and basic use of PC;
Local development of Training Centres in order to form the project’s target group;
Perfecting some collaboration agreements between the project partners and the Workforce Employment County / Regional Agencies;
Organizing two Job Fairs in Constanta and Balchik, for the employers, graduates of the ACTIVE courses, public institutions and the population, in general.
